Data we process
Account details of workspace members; contact details, opt-in records and message content that businesses upload or exchange through WhatsApp; and technical logs needed to run and secure the service.
Roles
Each business is the controller of its customers' data. We act as its processor and only process that data on the business's instructions.
Retention and deletion
Workspace data can be exported or deleted on request. Backups roll off on a fixed schedule.
